How long will my order take to be processed?
Custom orders may take up to two (2) weeks to be sent out. For non-customized items, your order will be processes within five (5) business days. Please note that major holidays may delay our processing times.
If you require expedited processing, please contact us and we will make every effort to get your items to you in time!
Once your order ships, we’ll email your tracking information so you can follow along.
What options do I have with custom engraving?
Single or double sided engraving with the choice of including custom text, logo or both! When uploading your own logo, please use a high quality image, free of shading. We accept the following image formats: SVG, PDF, EPS, AI (Adobe Illustrator), JPEG and PNG. Black and white images with transparent backgrounds are preferred.

How much is engraving?
The cost of engraving will be reflected in you cart!
When uploading a custom logo or image, it is important to upload the highest quality file that you have available. If we are having difficulties with your design, we will contact you directly to obtain a higher quality image or alternative design options.
In instances where the images provided must be recreated for engraving, your order will be subject to a $10.00CAD service fee for each image provided. Of course, we will always discuss this with you prior to initiating any additional fees.
Is bulk pricing available?
Bulk pricing is available! For 40 pieces, we offer a 10% discount and for 50+ pieces, we offer a 20% discount. Please contact us for more info and pricing on bulk orders.

Cleaning your Canuck Cups
We recommend handwashing your Canuck items in gentle detergent as the high heat of a dishwasher can affect your seal or discolour the powder coat.
For staining, we recommend using a foam eraser sponge. Avoid harsh detergents such as bleach.
Where are Canuck Cups manufactured?
Our cups are designed and engraved in Canada, and manufactured in China.
The decision to produce our cups in China was not taken lightly. Extensive research was conducted to explore manufacturing options in Canada. Unfortunately, the combination of high labor costs, material expenses, and the need to send cups to multiple factories for various processes made the domestic option financially impractical.
Despite manufacturing overseas, we maintain a strong commitment to Canadian roots. All design work and the engraving process are conducted in-house in Ontario, Canada. Additionally, we actively contribute to Canadian charities, support local businesses, and collaborate with our Canadian partners to foster mutual growth. Our dedication to Canada extends beyond production, emphasizing our ongoing efforts to positively impact the local community and economy.
Canuck Canada products have a lifetime warranty for manufacturing defects. Defective items include issues with construction, insulation as well as manufacturing imperfections in the steel. This does not include damages from daily wear and tear, such as chips, scratches, dents and staining.
Our BPA lids, however, have a one (1) year warranty for cracked or broken lids and rubber gaskets. Canuck Canada will provide replacement parts within one (1) year at no cost. After one (1) year, spare parts will no longer be covered under warranty, but may be purchased from our store.
Should any of your Canuck products be defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the name of the defective item.
We will accept returns of non-engraved items within 30 days of purchase and refund your purchase price less shipping costs. We are unable to accept returns for engraved items.
